Useful before you book

Straight answers about the visit.

If your question affects safety, active water or electrical supply, call an appropriate provider rather than waiting on a web form.

Booking and timing

Before the van arrives

No. A request becomes a booking only after the office confirms the service, suburb, likely scope and appointment window.

No such claim is made in this concept. Hours are Monday–Friday 7am–5:30pm and Saturday 8am–2pm. A real business should state emergency availability only when it can reliably deliver it.

The office confirms a window, then sends an “on the way” update with the attending person’s name. Traffic and prior jobs can move; honest updates matter more than false precision.

Price and scope

Knowing what you approve

No. Standard services may be priced in advance; concealed faults, access issues and project work often need diagnosis or a site visit. The pricing method and any fee should be disclosed before attendance.

An appropriately licensed person for that work and jurisdiction. A live site should publish verified business and licence details rather than generic badges.

The Goodground concept keeps one office responsible for routing and sequencing multi-trade work, while clearly identifying each specialist’s scope.

Inside the home

Access, pets and cleanup

Yes. Secure pets away from the work path before arrival, even when they are friendly. This protects the pet, technician and open doors or gates.

The concept treats protection and ordinary job cleanup as part of workmanship. Waste or specialist remediation outside the scope should be explained separately.
